I joined BrizFit just over a month ago and really enjoy it. The sessions are varied which keeps it interesting and both Rosie and Katy are full of energy.
One of the main focuses is inclusivity and everyone is made very welcome, it's like a family.

BrizFit bootcamps offer something for everyone whatever your fitness level.
We support and motivate each other creating a sense of camaraderie like no other. Our sessions are tough but fun and most importantly, we're all in it together whatever your goal. Our instructors might shout occasionally but only ever words of encouragement and they're far from terrifying, trust us!
Our bootcamp sessions combine boxing, weights, cardio and other equipment such as ropes, sleds and slam balls. Every session is different so you'll never get bored, only fitter and stronger.
